In my work I use photography, hybrid printmaking techniques, video, sound, text and abstract notions of drawingas techniques of capturing traces. My works aim at bringing attention to the subtle forces active in the interplay of matter and environment. Dualism and repetition appear in my work as methods of witnessing, of storytelling and as reflections of mark making. Through this examination I question the structures shared by cultural and natural formations, tracing evidence of gaps in the landscape of sites of memory through the material sites of making, such as the darkroom and print room.
